Founder & owner

Alliance Solutions was founded by Stanley Pierre Jorritsma. Not your classic staffing executive in a suit, but someone who spent years in the trenches himself — from crew member at McDonald's, to matchday steward at the Johan Cruijff ArenA, to freelance chef at the Keukenhof.

That broad background is no coincidence — it's the driving force behind Alliance Solutions: knowing what a client needs, and knowing what a professional values.
