Both. We have salaried professionals (in line with the applicable CLA) and a network of freelancers (from €19.50 per hour). You can indicate your own preference.
The freelancer rate starts at €19.50 per hour and can increase depending on your experience, the assignment and the sector.
Once your hours are approved, your payment is in your account within 72 hours.
Salaried employment pays a market-rate salary in line with the applicable CLA for your sector, including holiday allowance, pension accrual and continued payment during illness.
On our sign-up page you can choose between signing up for salaried employment or as a freelancer. Both forms take just a few minutes to complete.
